Refunds are determined based on the completion status of the Scope of Work:

25% Refund: Available if only partial items from the Scope of Work are completed by the service deadline.

100% Refund: Available only if Aisha Tariqa Digital communicates in writing that no items from the Scope of Work can be completed by the service deadline.
